Welcome to our cuddly corner of the internet! At Fuzzy Friends Toys, we want your shopping experience to be as warm and fuzzy as our plush pals. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship your new friends to you and what to do if you need to make a return.

Shipping Information

Order Processing: We’ll carefully package your plush pals within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): We use DHL or FedEx for speedy delivery. Your fuzzy friends will arrive within 10-15 days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): We use EMS for economical delivery. Your cuddly companions will arrive within 15-25 days after shipping.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (except to Asia and some remote locations where we don’t ship). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Our Easy Returns Process

We want you to be completely happy with your cuddly new friends! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

Important Note:

Due to licensing agreements and special packaging requirements, our Licensed Plush (including PAW Patrol, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and Dr. Seuss items) and Precious Moments collectibles cannot be returned unless defective. All other plush pals are returnable within 15 days!

  1. Request Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Plush Pal: Please return items in their original condition with tags attached. Include all original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchange Instructions

Want to swap for a different fuzzy friend? Follow the same process as returns, but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify which plush pal you’d prefer instead. We’ll send your new friend as soon as we process your return!

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For PayPal payments: Refunds will go back to your PayPal account
  • For credit card payments: Refunds will appear on your statement within 3-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time

International Returns

For our international customers (except Asia and remote locations where we don’t ship), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid on original shipments are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your plush pal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement right away or issue a full refund – no need to return the item!
